Fancy living in a TV show home in one of Auckland's most desirable areas?
Sally Ridge has recently completed renovating the large former boarding house in Herne Bay she was seen refurbishing in her 2012 reality TV show The Ridges.
Ridge has converted the 13-bedroom house into two stylishly-finished 5-bedroom apartments.
The upstairs apartment was now being offered for rent.

"I am really proud of the work and the finish on the properties," said Ridge, a real estate agent for Bayleys.
The Ridges, which screened on TV3, was based around the lives of socialite Ridge and daughter Jaime, then 19 and studying towards a law and commerce degree – while also training for her victorious bout in a charity boxing match.
They were billed for the show as the "most talked about mother and daughter duo in New Zealand".
Ridge utilised her skills as an interior designer to help make the former boarding house ready for her family of four children to move in. She has daughter Jaime and a son to ex-husband league legend Matthew Ridge, and two younger children to former partner cricket great Adam Parore.
An art college graduate, she had been a TV presenter on shows dealing with interior decorating including TVNZ series Home Front and Changing Rooms.
Early episodes of The Ridges featured Jaime being mortified to see clumps of hair in a shower, and showed her ex-boyfriend pulling up old carpet.
A listing for Ridge's upstairs apartment by real estate agency Unlimited Potential shows a smartly appointed bathroom and high quality carpets.
While Ridge now works for Bayleys, she has listed her apartment with Unlimited Potential.
"I am in the business of sales not renting, so I found a great company to embark and manage the properties for me," she said.
Ridge has moved out of the property and in with businessman Glenn Cotterill.
"I moved in with Glenn last year, we are living together in Herne Bay," she said.
"Life is great, I am enjoying working at Bayleys and am spending quality away time this week with Glenn in Tauranga for a special birthday of a family member."
Ridge and Cotterill had also recently been on holiday to Los Angeles where they caught up with Jaime.
The Unlimited Potential listing for Ridge's apartment said the property features a private outdoor courtyard at the front of the house.
The apartment has two bathrooms and off-street uncovered parking for two vehicles.
"Full whiteware [is] included and the landlord pays for water and grounds maintenance," the listing said.
"Ideal tenants are a family or professional group with great references."
The apartment, which has five bedrooms – one of which could be turned into another living room, was listed at $1450 per week.
