Our clearance rates significantly surpassed the regional New Zealand average of 30% as reported by the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ).
Our campaign featured standout sales, such as 62 Beach Road in Porangahau, Central Hawke’s Bay, which fetched $1.12m – $170,000 above its reserve of $950,000, and 83 Guppy Road, in Greenmeadows, Napier, selling for $569,000 – $219,000 above its reserve of $350,000.
Overall, 20 properties sold at or above their highest appraised values, and 56 exceeded their lowest appraised estimates, demonstrating our capability to exceed vendor expectations consistently.

Exceptional regional results were seen in Matamata, with a 100% clearance rate and $2.1m in sales. Havelock North, Tirau, Palmerston North and Cambridge also showcased strong performances, with clearance rates far surpassing regional averages. This reflects robust market demand and our ability to drive successful sales strategically.
