What a wonderful café this is! This is one of my 'go to' places on the Shore (when I can get a seat). Always a vibrant feel here and great coffee and really interesting menu. This café has enjoyed its share of the limelight having been featured in a number of magazines.
The business is nice and solid with sales averaging $28,500 per week. Wages are well controlled at 30% and rent is under 5% of sales with a nice strong lease in place.
The café has great staff in place and currently one owner works full time Front of House. An owner operator should look to earn around $330,000 plus per annum before paying themselves.
