A great place for a solo woman or young woman who likes security and wants to walk in safety. All gates need to be locked at night and when no one home. Each person has their own security key to allow them to come and go.
Your landlords are friendly but not in your face people, who do care for their tenants and our tenants also look out for us. We expect the rent to be paid on time each week and there will be no wild parties.
Absolutely no pets so if you think you would like a pet don't apply, as we value our stocks safety and our wildlife eg quail and fantails.
We supply water for cleaning and showering but recommend the beautiful spring water from the top of the Kaimai Range for consuming. Only reason being we have had very little rain this summer.
Your power is metered in your home, and you will need a front-loading washing machine. If you don't have a front loading washing machine, I will be able to provide one in the interim until you can get one of your own.
Our first enquiry just loved the home but we have found him another tiny house that are more suitable to his needs.
