Building 4 is equipped with multiple roller doors and advanced crane systems. The main area has a 10T gantry crane with 6.2m clearance under the crane and 6m under the hook along with four swing cranes rated at 600kg to 1,000kg. An extension to the workshop includes a large sliding door and additional 2T gantry crane.
The facility is designed for transport repairs, engineering, manufacturing, and painting operations. It includes a dedicated paint bay with equipment suitable for heavy-duty machinery. Office space and amenities are available to support various business needs.
Outside, a robust concrete yard provides ample space for operations, with optional access to wash bay facilities. Currently the site also offers dedicated areas for MPI container operations.
