Here is a bit about the setup of the house. ........ and the reason I state I am looking for someone quiet . It is a 2 level home. The top level is the 3 bedroom home and downstairs was converted into 2 dwellings. A 1 bed apartment (tenants have been there for 3 yrs) and a smaller dwelling that is a popular Abnb studio. To keep all occupants happy there is a need to be respectful and mindful of noise levels. If you believe it is possible to manage the noise levels then lets talk further. Please note there is soundproofing and insulation between the levels. References will be essential.
