The Colliers Rural & Agribusiness team has expanded its service offering with two new Rural Sales Advisors and a Valuer joining the business.
These new arrivals are in addition to the opening of the Gore office that will provide further capacity for rural real estate services in the deep south and Rural Sales Advisor Mark Wilson, who recently joined Colliers, is stationed there.
Rural Sales Advisor Greg Kellick will be based in Taupō, a new rural market for Colliers to establish themselves in, and he brings over 20 years of industry experience to the role.
A childhood spent growing up on a 1,600ha farm outside Whanganui has contributed to his knowledge base and passion for rural properties.

“Since I started my real estate career in Taupō over 20 years ago, I have sold everything ranging from lifestyle blocks to large corporate entities to developments, and I believe international marketing has been a huge benefit for vendors with large-scale and high-end properties to sell,” Kellick says.
“I look forward to finding new ways to deliver positive outcomes for my clients.”
Rural and Lifestyle Sales Advisor Rhys Narbey is based in Christchurch and comes from a long line of farmers, having been raised on a coastal sheep and beef farm.
He has worked on a variety of projects, including developing multiple assets for a local farming corporate, and a significant role in securing government funding for a large-scale seven-year research project around the dairy sector.
“My experiences travelling have helped me develop the ability to find common ground with anyone, which has helped massively with my skill and comfort at the negotiating table,” Narbey says.
“The best deals are where everyone wins. I work to find out what my clients need and what they’re looking to achieve so we can find the best possible plan to secure their desired outcome.
"Colliers has created a strong presence in the South Island rural market, and I look forward to working alongside the team to serve the wider Canterbury region.”
Meanwhile, Charlotte Hill recently joined the Colliers Rural Valuation team and is based in the Blenheim office alongside Tim Gifford and Jack Powell.
Having graduated from Lincoln University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Land and Property Management majoring in Rural Valuation, she has since gained experience working in various sectors of the primary industry and now looks forward to growing her career within rural valuation.
Hill grew up on a high country sheep and beef station in Mid-Canterbury giving her a good insight into the rural sector, where she will now use her experience and valuation knowledge within the viticulture, pastoral, forestry, and lifestyle property markets.
“I am keen to apply my knowledge and experience into the valuation space, while developing my skill set and learning from the experienced valuation team members at Colliers, ensuring we can provide the best possible advice for our clients,” Hill says.
James Nilsson, National Director of Rural & Agribusiness at Colliers, says these new appointments highlight the team’s commitment to attracting market-leading talent with varying levels of experience.
“It’s incredibly pleasing to have our Gore office up and running as we continue to expand our presence across new markets throughout New Zealand.”
