Set in the heart of the Victoria Quarter, this historic building dates back to the late 1800s. The former Freeman’s Hotel is a late nineteenth-century urban corner pub designed by the noted Auckland architectural firm Edward Mahoney and Sons. In 2009 a new interlinking office building designed to 4 Green Stars was added, being one of the first Green Star projects in New Zealand. In 2019 following seismic strengthening, the pub was converted into character offices.
Designed by Leuschke Group Architects, the building perfectly combines the old and the new, with modern amenities blending seamlessly with the original hotel structure. This unique scheme offers high quality floor plates and we have this great quality space becoming available featuring:
Key features:
• Character design with exposed heritage features
• Boardroom and 3 meeting rooms
• Architectural kitchen and island
• Self-contained WC’s and shower
• Onsite carparks available
• Sustainable Design with rainwater harvesting and LED lighting throughout
