Takapuna Retail Spending - October Marketview report
Takapuna had another very strong month for retail spending in October.
October 2024 compared to 2023 showed a 12.8% increase in spending. This is especially strong when compared to the Auckland average of -2.9%, CBD -7.1%, Newmarket -9.6%, Ponsonby -7.3%, KRoad -14.1% and Parnell -9.6%. This continues the positive trend over the last few months, with August having an increase of 6.3% and September increasing by 3.0%. October compared to September also showed a strong result, with an increase in spending of 12.4%.
